Regulamin usługi śniadań z dowozem do apartamentu

§1. Postanowienia ogólne

1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usługi śniadań z dowozem do apartamentu (dalej: „Usługa”).

2. Usługa świadczona jest przez K&M Karolina Latacz-Al-Mousfi z siedzibą w ul. Zdrojowa 14, 33-380 Krynica-Zdrój, NIP: 6572358065 (dalej: „Usługodawca”).

3. Usługa dostępna jest dla Gości apartamentów City Center Apartments oraz dla klientów na terenie Krynicy-Zdroju.

4. Skorzystanie z Usługi oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.

§2. Zakres Usługi

1. Usługa polega na przygotowaniu i dostarczeniu zestawów śniadaniowych bezpośrednio do apartamentu Gościa.

2. Śniadania przygotowywane są ze świeżych produktów, z zachowaniem obowiązujących norm sanitarnych.

3. Aktualna oferta śniadań (menu), w tym informacje o alergenach, dostępna jest wyłącznie na stronie internetowej Usługodawcy.

§3. Składanie zamówień

1. Zamówienia na śniadanie należy składać najpóźniej 24 godziny przed planowaną dostawą.

2. Zamówienia składane są wyłącznie za pośrednictwem strony internetowej Usługodawcy.

3. Usługa dostępna jest zarówno dla Gości apartamentów, jak i klientów zewnętrznych.

4. Gość zobowiązany jest podać numer apartamentu lub dokładny adres dostawy oraz wybrać zestaw śniadaniowy.

§4. Dostawa

1. Śniadania dostarczane są w godzinach 8:00–10:00.

2. Śniadanie dostarczane jest pod drzwi apartamentu lub pod wskazany adres.

3. Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za śniadanie pozostawione pod drzwiami po dokonaniu dostawy.

§5. Ceny i płatności

1. Usługodawca oferuje różne zestawy śniadaniowe w różnych cenach, zgodnie z aktualną ofertą dostępną na stronie internetowej.

2.  

   Płatność za zamówienie dokonywana jest wyłącznie z góry, drogą elektroniczną, za pośrednictwem dostępnych metod płatności:
   a) BLIK,
   b) przelew internetowy.

§6. Anulowanie i zmiany zamówień

1. Po złożeniu i opłaceniu zamówienia nie ma możliwości jego anulowania ani wprowadzania zmian.

§7. Reklamacje

1. Reklamacje dotyczące jakości lub kompletności śniadania należy zgłaszać niezwłocznie, nie później niż w ciągu 1 godziny od momentu dostawy.

2. Reklamacje można zgłaszać wyłącznie drogą mailową na adres wskazany na stronie internetowej Usługodawcy.

3. Usługodawca rozpatrzy reklamację niezwłocznie i zaproponuje odpowiednie rozwiązanie (np. wymianę zestawu lub zwrot kosztów).

§8. Odpowiedzialność i alergeny

1. Gość zobowiązany jest poinformować Usługodawcę o wszelkich alergiach i nietolerancjach pokarmowych.

2. Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za skutki spożycia produktów, o których alergenach Gość został poinformowany.

§9. Ochrona danych osobowych

1. Dane osobowe Gości przetwarzane są wyłącznie w celu realizacji Usługi, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.

2. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące przetwarzania danych dostępne są w polityce prywatności Usługodawcy.

§10. Postanowienia końcowe

1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem [data].

2. Usługodawca zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzenia zmian w Regulaminie.

3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.

Terms and Conditions for Breakfast Delivery Service

§1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for providing the breakfast delivery service (the “Service”).

2. The Service is provided by K&M Karolina Latacz-Al-Mousfi, located at ul. Zdrojowa 14, 33-380 Krynica-Zdrój, NIP: 6572358065 (the “Service Provider”).

3. The Service is available to guests of City Center Apartments and clients within Krynica-Zdrój.

4. Using the Service implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Scope of Service

1. The Service consists of preparing and delivering breakfast sets directly to the guest’s apartment or specified address.

2. Breakfasts are prepared from fresh ingredients, following applicable sanitary regulations.

3. The current breakfast menu, including allergen information, is available exclusively on the Service Provider’s website.

§3. Placing Orders

1. Breakfast orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the planned delivery.

2. Orders can be placed only through the Service Provider’s website.

3. The Service is available for both apartment guests and external clients.

4. Guests must provide the apartment number or delivery address and select the breakfast set.

§4. Delivery

1. Breakfasts are delivered between 8:00–10:00 AM.

2. Breakfasts are left at the apartment door or the specified address.

3. The Service Provider is not responsible for breakfasts left at the door after delivery.

§5. Prices and Payment

1. The Service Provider offers various breakfast sets at different prices, as listed on the website.

2.  

   Payment for orders is prepaid online only, via the available payment methods:
   a) BLIK,
   b) bank transfer.

§6. Cancellations and Changes

1. Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be canceled or modified.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the quality or completeness of the breakfast must be reported by email only to the address provided on the website, within 1 hour of delivery.

§8. Responsibility and Allergens

1. Guests are required to inform the Service Provider of any allergies or food intolerances.

2. The Service Provider is not responsible for the consequences of consuming products containing allergens that have been reported by the guest.

§9. Personal Data Protection

1. Guests’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service, in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Detailed information on data processing is available in the Service Provider’s privacy policy.

§10. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 2026.

2. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.

3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply.
